    £50 per hour for urgent requests with a 24-48 hour turnaround

    £175 per month

    5 hours / rollover maximum 1 hour, valid for the following month only

  • Silver

    £330 per month

    10 hours / rollover maximum 2 hours, valid for the following month only

  • Gold

    £480 per month

    15 hours / rollover maximum 3 hours, valid for the following month only

Hi, I’m Nicky! I’m a wife, proud mum to two amazing adult children and two adorable (slightly spoiled) fur babies. With a lifetime of juggling family, work, and everything in between, I know exactly what it’s like to manage a busy life with way too many plates spinning in the air.

For years I worked in roles that required me to wear many hats - organising travel, managing events, keeping accounts in check, supporting executives as a PA and managing the admin for my husband’s plumbing company. Having spent the last 10 years building and running my own inventory business, I have decided to focus on my strengths: keeping things organised, running smoothly, and making people’s lives easier.

That’s why I decided to become a Virtual Assistant - to take the stress off your plate, just like I wished someone could’ve done for me when my kids were young, my career was demanding, and life was a whirlwind. Whether it’s managing your schedule, sorting through admin chaos, or coordinating events, I’m here to help you focus on what truly matters - whether that’s growing your business, spending more time with family, or simply breathing a little easier.

  • We start by discussing your requirements on a discovery call or initial email. Once we’ve agreed on tasks, timeframes and whether you need ad-hoc hours or a retainer package, I take care of the work remotely and keep you updated throughout the project.

  • I work with your preferred method of communication, whether that’s phone call, Whatsapp, Zoom, or other apps. For file sharing, I recommend WeTransfer, or Cloud based platforms such as Dropbox or Google Drive.

  • I use an app called Toggl to reliably track the time it takes to complete the work. You will receive a clear report within your invoice as a breakdown on how long each task took to complete. 

  • I work with clients across all industries, but also work with clients that need support with domestic activities and not just business.

  • That’s ok! During our discovery call we discuss your challenges and goals. I will then suggest what services I can offer to support you.
